I can't believe I never submitted this...
My first splice project in a while.
There was a lot of scratch editing involved. Compared to my old ones, anyway. It's mostly in the details, like the shape of the head, although the spiky things are scratched. Also edited the shading.
PLEASE DON'T USE MY SPRITE AS A BASE! This is scratch edited by me, so that means you can't use it. Editing this will not make it yours. That counts as art theft.
Charmander and Kecleon are both owned by Nintendo, though. ;D
